Digital media campaign activation and optimization across European markets. Expertise in Programmatic Advertising and Paid Search required. Flexible working hours, hybrid policy, car sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Media, Economics, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in media planning, digital media, or campaign operations
- Strong expertise in digital media channels, Programmatic Advertising, and Paid Search
- Solid understanding of media metrics, campaign performance measurement, and digital customer journeys
- Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools (GA360, DMP, CDP, DSP)
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and affinity for numbers
- Experience in budget management, reporting, and multi-market stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
Tasks
- Manage daily media planning operations
- Support digital media projects across European markets
- Coordinate campaign activation and localization
- Review and validate local media plans
- Monitor campaign implementation and optimize performance
- Support data-driven marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and media metrics
- Derive actionable recommendations from customer journey insights
- Coordinate budget tracking and reporting
- Support localization and content activation reviews
- Benchmark market best practices
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor media trends and competitive developments
- Act as key contact for media agency partners
- Support cross-functional communication
- Prepare presentations and workshops
- Handle ad hoc management requests
