Requirements
- •Experience in electronics, mechatronic and mechanical design using ECAD, CAD, FEM tools
- •3-5 years of experience in electrical design and system integration
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- •Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- •Solid understanding of GD&T and design for manufacturing
- •Hands-on experience with harness design, sensor integration and motor control
- •Experience in PCB design and analysis
- •Familiarity with space standard and documentation practices (ECSS, MIL-STD, etc.)
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- •Demonstrated experience in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment
- •Appreciation for craftsmanship and creativity in industrial/mechanical applications
- •Self-motivated with high standards for quality in work
- •Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset
- •Open and direct communication style
- •Willingness to travel for business trips
- •Fluency in English
- •Eligibility to work in the EU
- •Interest in designing things on own time, including 3D printing, soldering, machining
- •Experience with space hardware design, manufacturing, assembly and testing
- •Programming skills in Python, Matlab, or any other high-level language
- •Solid understanding of GD&T
- •Ability to work closely with suppliers, manufacturers and project partners
