Requirements
- •University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or bid-data commodity markets
- •Sound understanding of semiconductor and distribution related business processes and programs
- •Proven experience and skills with BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
- •Versed in Marketing Strategy, including SWOT, Business Development & Project Management
- •Analytical thinking and strong focus on data accuracy
- •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- •Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- •Excellent organizational skills with high assertiveness

- •Develop and implement customer classification strategies
- •Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- •Coordinate alignment between Sales Teams and business groups
- •Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams
- •Oversee the rollout of marketing campaigns and product launches
- •Monitor and report on the effectiveness of RFF programs
- •Design and execute customer development programs
- •Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- •Drive revenue and design win tracking with the Sales Operations Team
- •Monitor target setting and controlling
- •Create market intelligence and propose opportunities for portfolio expansion
- •Generate a customer service level roadmap with relevant stakeholders
- •Monitor customer service performance against established SLAs
- •Initiate improvements based on NPS survey feedback
- •Plan and coordinate company participation in industry conferences
- •Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities for events
