Requirements
- 1+ years sales/marketing experience in MedTech (EMEA preferred)
- Business education or scientific degree
- English fluency
- Matrix environment experience (cross-divisions, country, EMEA)
- Leadership and people management skills
- P&L management proficiency (financial, budgeting)
Tasks
- Develop and execute EMEA marketing strategy
- Lead SNM portfolio strategy
- Co-create overarching Axonics plan with Marketing Lead for Bulkamid
- Plan and execute SNM launches
- Enable sales on positioning and commercial strategies
- Support Axonics franchise in BSC planning
- Develop country marketing plans aligned with EMEA strategies
- Identify and address local market questions
- Define marketing tools for HCP profiling
- Coach country sales teams on marketing tools
- Prioritize launch focus areas
- Partner with GEM team on launch execution
- Facilitate best-practice sharing
- Ensure alignment between local and global strategies
- Collaborate with regional and country marketing partners
- Build industry and category insights
- Translate insights into actionable strategies
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- Inform strategy with product knowledge
- Support sales through marketing processes
- Plan and manage HCP engagement initiatives
- Develop sales enablement resources
- Manage stakeholder communication
- Align country strategies and customer programs
- Establish relationships with KOLs
- Design efficient processes for Product Managers
- Ensure high-quality, value-added outputs
- Champion quality and compliance standards
- Interface with clients and sales teams
- Document and escalate complaints
- Ensure regulatory compliance for campaigns and events
