  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (up to 30–40%)
  • Experience in medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or regulated environment (ideal)
  • Experience supporting workshops/events
  • Experience building training materials
  • Familiarity with CRM/BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) (plus)
  • Basic reporting skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Prepare readiness packs for product launches.
  • Coordinate launch and lifecycle timelines.
  • Develop simple tracking dashboards.
  • Develop key messages and FAQs for sales.
  • Communicate internal launch updates.
  • Distribute training invitations and follow-ups.
  • Create, adapt, and localize marketing and sales materials.
  • Maintain and organize field toolkits.
  • Coordinate training, education, and workshops.
  • Manage logistics for these programs.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for sessions.
  • Handle attendee communications.
  • Capture participant feedback.
  • Manage event and congress registrations.
  • Ensure collateral readiness for events.
  • Coordinate speaker and booth logistics.
  • Prepare post-event summaries.
  • Develop event follow-up materials.
  • Coordinate marketing purchase orders.
  • Track marketing spend.
  • Prepare tender support packs with product, clinical, and technical information.
  • Consolidate market insights from the field.
  • Consolidate competitive insights from the field.
