Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
• MBA preferred but not required
• 6–7+ years B2B experience or asset
• Minimum 5 years success in comparable roles
• Experience in marketing project management and execution
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Knowledge of marketing and communication techniques
• Proven project management capabilities
• Passion for marketing and brand building
• Analytical skills for online campaign metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English or additional European languages
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually

Tasks

• Evaluate marketing performance using multiple research sources

• Serve as subject matter expert on consumer insights
• Lead marketing engagement programs and trade activities
• Analyze ROI for all customer marketing activities
• Conduct pricing audits and assess price gaps
