- Facilitate corporate standards and cost efficiencies
- Drive growth within product segments
- Maintain understanding of technical trends and competition
- Track customer roadmaps
- Develop specifications and application notes for new products
- Contribute to technical collateral materials
- Maintain customer files for global FAE use
- Support field issues and repairs
- Educate sales staff on new and existing products
- Participate in EHS programs and training
