Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience
- MBA preferred but not required
- 6–7+ years industry/B2B experience in category, brand, trade marketing, or sales
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated success in comparable roles
- Strong marketing and communications project management and execution experience
- Thorough understanding of industry trends, marketing approaches, and best practices
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing, advertising, and communication techniques
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
- Proven project management capabilities
- Passion for marketing and brand building
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring online campaign metrics
- Excellent German written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English required
- Additional European languages are an asset
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually
Tasks
- Achieve strategic objectives for Regional Business Units
- Contribute to profitable revenue growth
- Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives
- Support localization of global Commercial Unit strategies
- Understand customer strategic priorities
- Build strong business partnerships
- Align customer objectives with internal priorities
- Develop annual strategic marketing plan
- Manage marketing budgets and projects
- Support sector initiatives with content marketing teams
- Develop customer-specific executions
- Evaluate marketing plan performance using research
- Identify and recommend improvements for data and tools
- Monitor emerging marketing trends and best practices
- Recommend initiatives to enhance team knowledge
- Serve as industry and consumer insights expert
- Monitor market activity and customer dialogue
- Understand TIC market and provide recommendations
- Lead marketing engagement programs and trade activities
- Analyze ROI for customer marketing activities
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
