Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, digital performance marketing, and lead generation
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CMS
- Ability to think from customer's perspective and translate technical topics into impactful messaging
- Passion for content marketing, enjoyment of writing, and ability to create high-quality content independently
- Data-driven mindset: analyze performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize based on measurable results
- Ambition to build B2B marketing function, while staying pragmatic and hands-on
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent language skills in English and German (C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and events
- Minimum of 1–2 on-site days per week at Cologne office
Tasks
- Define and drive B2B marketing strategy
- Build and scale lead generation engine
- Understand product, customer personas, and manufacturing domain
- Translate complex topics into clear stories
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Refine tracking and reporting for marketing metrics
- Manage website and landing pages with sales team
- Create content for various marketing channels
- Develop and manage email campaigns and nurture journeys
- Coordinate fairs, webinars, and customer events
- Manage and brief external agencies and freelancers
