Description

As a Marketing Manager for Amyloidosis, you will dive deep into the market landscape, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and support growth. This role involves planning and executing marketing tactics while building strong relationships to ensure project success.

Requirements

• •3–5 years of experience in product management in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry or comparable business
• •Experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative
• •Experience in managing marketing agencies
• •Experience in digital / omni-channel marketing / AI in marketing
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• •Ability to structure and prioritize workload, demonstrate project management skills and high attention to detail
• •Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of result driven effectiveness as a cross-functional team player
• •Ability to motivate team members with a positive and constructive approach to business challenges
• •Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office program suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• •Degree in life sciences or economics
• •Desired experience in Orphan drug business, specialty care or Hematology/Al-Amyloidosis
• •MBA qualifications desired

Tasks

• •Develop a deep understanding of the market and disease landscape
• •Drive strategic and tactical plan development in alignment with National and Global strategy
• •Plan and ensure readiness for marketing tactics and deliverables in collaboration with the Global team
• •Identify and communicate local market insights regarding opportunities and challenges
• •Present local marketing interests and needs to Global Marketing
• •Develop and implement marketing initiatives and materials for communication
• •Enhance and drive an innovative omni-channel approach to support key strategies
• •Lead congress planning and execution for specific indications
• •Drive and support market research projects for specific indications
• •Act as an efficient Project Manager for the product team
• •Ensure projects are completed within allocated marketing budgets and timelines
• •Lead briefings with external marketing agencies to deliver high-quality materials
• •Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance
• •Cultivate strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• •Foster cross-functional collaboration and practice sharing across all indications
