  • Collaborate with Digital team on performance marketing
  • Lead PR and influencer strategies
  • Plan and manage sponsorships and branded events
  • Develop event themes and experiences
  • Oversee event logistics and post-event analysis
  • Evaluate event ROI and brand impact
  • Explore virtual and hybrid event formats
  • Craft proactive PR strategy
  • Build relationships with journalists and media outlets
  • Manage crisis communications
  • Develop compelling brand narratives
  • Manage external PR agencies
  • Define annual Sephora Animation Plan
  • Implement comprehensive marketing plan with department store partners
  • Align retail media investments with other streams
  • Promote open feedback culture
  • Lead with clarity and accountability
  • Motivate and celebrate team successes
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Value and celebrate diversity
  • Collaborate with DENS and European Head Quarter
  • Share best practices with other Sephora markets
