Marketing Automation Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Ops, Performance Marketing, or CRM
- Experience in B2B or digital-first environment
- Strong analytical mindset
- Hands-on A/B testing experience
- Hands-on funnel analysis experience
- Hands-on behavioral analysis experience
- Hands-on experiment design experience
- Working knowledge of Braze or similar
- Working knowledge of CDPs
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of automation frameworks
- Ability to translate technical requirements for engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Analytics
- Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to make complex topics understandable for non-technical stakeholders
- Sound understanding of GDPR
- Sound understanding of privacy-first marketing principles
- Understanding of consent and data minimization
- Deep experience implementing AI-based workflows
- Deep experience implementing predictive models in marketing technology
Tasks
- Design and implement AI-powered marketing improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering on automation
- Drive AI-driven automation use cases in Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Analyze and optimize the lead-to-customer funnel
- Reduce drop-off and improve lead qualification
- Increase customer activation rates
- Co-own the evolution of the lead scoring model
- Define new behavioral, firmographic, and product-usage signals
- Validate impact on conversion and sales efficiency
- Partner with UX/UI, Marketing, and Data for A/B and multivariate tests
- Design and evaluate landing pages and lead ingestion flows
- Translate insights into reusable patterns and playbooks
- Build consent-aware journey enablement components
- Create segments, decision trees, and templates
- Enable CRM and Sales automation to scale lifecycle journeys
- Identify bottlenecks using analytics tools
- Measure automation impact
- Feed insights into marketing tech and systems roadmap
- Align with Engineering on data quality and instrumentation
