- •Ability to read technical drawings
- •Excellent SolidWorks skills
- •Hardware assembly and integration experience
- •Attention to detail and technical writing
- •Experience implementing continuous improvement processes
- •Experience with MES and PLM software
- •Ability to access export-controlled information

- •Support satellite and subsystem assembly, integration, and testing
- •Develop and document assembly procedures and work instructions
- •Design mechanical and electrical assembly and test fixtures
- •Resolve non-conformances and implement actionable process improvements
- •Recommend facility and capital equipment improvements for scaling
- •Train production technicians to transition from R&D to production
- •Provide DFM and DFA recommendations to design teams
- •Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement
- •Implement corrective actions based on production data
- •Collaborate with design and test engineers for seamless delivery
- •Establish processes for component-level through final spacecraft integration
