Requirements

  • •Degree as Engineer, Technician in Mechanics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or comparable qualification
  • •Minimum 2 years of professional experience in automotive industry or high-volume production environments
  • •Solid knowledge of Quality Management principles, including Statistical Process Control and Process Capability
  • •Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes
  • •Experience with CAD tools for reviewing and validating technical drawings and models
  • •Strong project management skills, with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
  • •Understanding of legal requirements and CE specifications relevant to manufacturing and equipment compliance
  • •Advanced English and German language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
  • •Knowledge in controls and automation systems is a plus

Tasks

  • •Drive technical project execution by managing subprojects across timing, budget, and technical scope
  • •Conduct manufacturing feasibility analyses (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA for new products
  • •Develop detailed specifications for manufacturing equipment
  • •Provide strategic recommendations for procurement decisions
  • •Review CAD drawings and models for compliance with customer requirements and standards
  • •Ensure adherence to specifications throughout all project phases
  • •Lead supplier selection and make-or-buy decisions
  • •Manage advanced manufacturing subprojects across all EMEA plants
  • •Coordinate installation and commissioning of machines
  • •Provide technical support to internal project teams
  • •Select and motivate project team members
  • •Drive creation and validation of Bill-of-Material, drawings, and documentation
