  • •Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and Analysis
  • •Proficiency in CAN tools and flashing
  • •Experience in embedded systems and software
  • •Experience in test and root-cause analysis
  • •Knowledge of battery technology (preferred)
  • •Profound professional experience in automotive industry
  • •Experience in technical customer support
  • •Diplomatic and clear communication skills
  • •Personable and customer-centric attitude
  • •Business-fluent German and English

Education

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

3 years

Tasks

  • •Support battery system development and vehicle integration
  • •Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • •Analyze battery failures and integration issues
  • •Lead and track resolution of reported failures
  • •Conduct failure analysis and battery tear downs
  • •Support the 4D and 8D quality processes
  • •Execute and document technical reviews
  • •Clarify details within customer specifications
  • •Define integration tests using the V-model
  • •Analyze tests and prepare technical reports
  • •Develop and maintain test schedules
  • •Support the DFMEA process
  • •Participate in product engineering development teams
