- Lead process and equipment development
- Support core hose manufacturing technologies
- Guide product and process industrialization
- Translate requirements into manufacturing concepts
- Ensure process capability and repeatability
- Define and review process specifications
- Support supplier coordination
- Conduct FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up
- Stabilize serial production
- Act as technical expert for hose manufacturing
- Provide hands-on support during implementation
- Troubleshoot and ramp up production
- Control introduction of new products and changes
- Support engineering changes and product modifications
- Ensure robust industrialization with minimal disruption
- Improve manufacturing performance
- Focus on process capability and quality consistency
- Enhance yield and cycle time
- Ensure operational stability
- Support global product launches
- Facilitate technology transfer
- Standardize manufacturing practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement
