Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • •Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes in S2C
  • •Proven methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design
  • •Solid assertiveness in defending the global template
  • •Strong decision-making acumen and ability to reach consensus on process designs
  • •Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA and relevant third-party business systems
  • •Excellent conceptual, analytical and communication skills
  • •Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • •Manage compliance with global template processes
  • •Ensure process standardization and harmonization in SAP deployment
  • •Conduct local fit-gap analyses for SAP S/4HANA projects
  • •Define required template process adaptations
  • •Decide on process designs per design governance
  • •Facilitate decision-making in higher committees
  • •Drive interaction with process experts from segment hubs
  • •Provide guidance on business process design aspects
  • •Report to global process owners
  • •Execute rules and guidelines from global process owners
  • •Ensure alignment on integration topics with process owners
  • •Identify and align improvements of the global template
  • •Review and approve design and configuration documents
  • •Support in designing test cases if required
