Requirements
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in sustainability/commercial roles in chemical industry or consulting, ideally with sustainability project focus
- Excellent understanding of product, technology, and value chain complexity
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset, strong project management skills, passion for driving change and challenging status quo
- Fluent English language skills; good German knowledge is an advantage
Tasks
- Shape sustainability strategy for low-emission and renewable materials
- Accelerate adoption of sustainable materials across the portfolio
- Lead evaluation and selection of sustainable raw materials
- Collaborate with purchasing experts and portfolio management teams
- Develop and execute education programs on sustainable materials
- Strengthen sustainable materials knowledge across the organization
- Drive engagement with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Shape future low-carbon and circular value chains
- Represent Henkel in associations and industry initiatives
- Enhance sustainability expertise, performance, and reputation
