Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar field with focus on Finance
  • •Proven experience driving projects in R2R process excellence or similar performance improvement environment
  • •Deep understanding of End-to-End financial processes
  • •Hands-on experience in coordinating Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap Workshops
  • •Experience with SAP ERP transformations
  • •Results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills
  • •Strong change management perspective
  • •Fluency in English and German

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Drive harmonization and standardization of processes
  • •Contribute to the Record to Report (R2R) process
  • •Moderate between ZEISS functions and process experts
  • •Steer external consulting support within your workstream
  • •Share best practices and integrate related processes
  • •Align workstream progress with the Senior Manager
  • •Ensure planning, implementation, and improvement measures
