Manager of Stores Recruiting for EMEA + APAC(m/w/x)
Leading talent acquisition strategy for apparel retail stores across EMEA and APAC. 7+ years in talent acquisition for European fashion retail required. One paid volunteer day annually.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in talent acquisition, store management or related
- English fluency
- Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition for European market (stores/field, fashion retail preferred)
- Experience leading and managing teams, coaching, accountability
- Excellent leadership skills (communication, motivation, feedback, team cultivation)
- Ability to create structure, process, and ensure accountability
- Ability to develop, manage, track high-level strategies
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners (relationship building, data/insights)
- End-to-end talent acquisition experience, high volume recruiting
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
- Curiosity to leverage technology for candidate experience/recruiter efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently (speed, quality)
- Championing a culture of belonging and diversity
Tasks
- Lead EMEA + APAC stores recruiting strategy (excluding UK)
- Partner with Regional Managers and Store Leaders
- Understand regional needs and talent profiles
- Leverage insights to establish talent acquisition priorities
- Project manage regional talent priorities
- Identify and track success measures
- Lead field recruiters to develop market-specific strategies
- Track hiring metrics to measure progress
- Identify areas of opportunity from metrics
- Share hiring insights with HR and store leaders
- Strategically identify global tool deviations for markets
- Gain alignment from HR and store leadership
- Update tools, systems, and processes accordingly
- Develop training strategies for store management
- Support store management in recruiting talent
- Create digital and in-person training materials
- Partner to identify field team travel opportunities
- Estimate travel budgets
- Gain approval for travel expenses
- Manage travel expenses effectively
- Collaborate with HRBPs and legal teams
- Maintain awareness of employment regulations
- Establish compliance and accountability processes
- Develop in-person and digital sourcing strategies
- Develop in-person and digital attraction strategies
- Partner with Employer Branding for asset development
- Partner to onboard external TA partners and platforms
- Build expertise in A&F recruiting technologies
- Manage international technology updates and enhancements
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for select roles in Germany
