Description

In this role, you will lead a team of IT professionals to enhance the organization's technology infrastructure and security. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing projects, developing security policies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure their technology needs are met.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• •Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) advantageous
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management
• •Proven experience leading and managing IT teams
• •Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies
• •In-depth knowledge of security practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIST 800-53)
• •Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• •Effective communication skills, conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• •Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts

• •Coordinate with departments to understand project requirements
• •Act as the point of contact for major IT incidents
• •Coordinate response efforts and communication during incidents
• •Analyze incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
• •Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors
• •Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met
• •Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and security budget
• •Ensure cost-effective use of resources aligned with financial objectives
• •Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
• •Propose and implement improvements for system performance and security
