- •Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) advantageous
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management
- •Proven experience leading and managing IT teams
- •Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies
- •In-depth knowledge of security practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIST 800-53)
- •Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Effective communication skills, conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- •Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts

- •Analyze incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
- •Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors
- •Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met
- •Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and security budget
- •Ensure cost-effective use of resources aligned with financial objectives
- •Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- •Propose and implement improvements for system performance and security
