In this role, you will lead the IT team through a corporate spin-off, designing a robust infrastructure while ensuring security and compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include selecting enterprise tools, managing projects, and fostering a culture of agility and improvement.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• •5+ years of professional experience in IT management
• •At least 3 years in a leadership role
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• •Skilled in project management and IT service management
• •Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS solutions
• •Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
• •Experience with managing hybrid environments
• •Fluent in English and German
• •Hands-on mentality with a strategic vision

• •Recruit and mentor a high-performing IT team
• •Cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• •Manage IT initiatives from planning to rollout
• •Facilitate change management during technological transformations
• •Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service agreements
