Requirements
- Knowledge of fuel and cryogenic quality control assurance theories, principles, practices, and techniques
- In-depth knowledge of Fuels Management quality control function
- Knowledge of technical orders and publications
- Knowledge of product procurement for quality assurance program implementation
- Knowledge of broad range of fuels operations
- Ability to review and evaluate mission requirements
- Ability to assure facility and equipment sufficiency
- Ability to inform management of deficiencies
- Ability to develop and implement local policies and emergency fuel support plans
- Ability to analyze issues independently and solve problems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in host country
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance
- Completed Fuels Apprentice Course (J3ABR2F031 00AB), military service, or commercial equivalent
- Completed FORCE Course (J3AZR2F051 05AB) or 10 years’ experience
- 5 years’ experience in operations and maintenance on military or commercial refueling equipment
- National Petroleum Management Association Certified Petroleum Specialist (CPS) or equivalent certification
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Physical capability to perform duties, including lifting/pushing/pulling 50 lbs

- Assess aircraft refueling equipment
- Ensure sufficiency of facilities and equipment
- Communicate deficiencies to personnel and agencies
- Report deficiencies to higher headquarters
- Plan fuel and cryogenic shipments
- Coordinate fuel and cryogenic shipments
- Forecast fuel and cryogenic shipments
- Schedule fuel and cryogenic shipments
- Review shipping and receiving documents
- Verify shipping and receiving documents
- Review inventory adjustment actions
- Approve inventory adjustment actions
- Disapprove inventory adjustment actions
