Leading electrical engineering teams for hyperscale data center projects at a global data center provider. Data Center experience and MEP engineering knowledge required. Work on critical infrastructure for global hyperscalers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline or engineering management
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role
  • 7+ years of experience preferred
  • Data Center experience
  • MEP engineering knowledge and construction experience
  • Additional knowledge in CSA engineering
  • Familiarity with engineering analysis tools such as ETAP, 6Sigma CFD
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems such as Revit
  • Proficiency in design, development, and commissioning stages
  • Excellent communication skills

Tasks

  • Collaborate with leadership to allocate engineering resources
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in engineering practices
  • Build and lead a skilled engineering team
  • Mentor subject matter experts for professional growth
  • Guide the engineering team through project lifecycles
  • Ensure engineering activities meet quality standards
  • Support key engineering decisions and resource management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support sales in customer engagement
  • Review deliverables to ensure high-quality engineering work
  • Implement emergency response procedures
  • Document lessons learned for future use
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strategically plan resource allocation based on project complexity
  • Travel across Mainland Europe for on-site support

  • Bachelor's degree
