Description

In this role, you will lead a dynamic engineering team, driving the expansion of data centers across Mainland Europe. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic resource allocation, project management, and fostering collaboration to ensure high-quality engineering outcomes.

Requirements

• •Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline or engineering management
• •5+ years of experience in a management role
• •7+ years of experience preferred
• •Data Center experience
• •MEP engineering knowledge and construction experience
• •Additional knowledge in CSA engineering
• •Familiarity with engineering analysis tools such as ETAP, 6Sigma CFD
• •Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems such as Revit
• •Proficiency in design, development, and commissioning stages
• •Excellent communication skills

• •Document lessons learned for future use
• •Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• •Strategically plan resource allocation based on project complexity
• •Travel across Mainland Europe for on-site support
