- Provide operational support for daily customer service
- Process 2nd-level support tickets
- Act as operational interface to Shared Service Center Romania
- Coordinate with Shared Service Center Romania
- Optimize customer service processes for toll products
- Collaborate with external partners on process optimization
- Identify improvements in Complaints Management System
- Contribute new requirements to Complaints Management System
- Create ISO-compliant process documentation
- Update ISO-compliant process documentation
- Create ISO-compliant product documentation
- Update ISO-compliant product documentation
- Keep marketing materials for toll products updated
- Keep sales materials for toll products updated
- Support analyses for toll products and tickets
- Support reports for toll products and tickets
- Assist in testing new functionalities in MS Dynamics
