End-to-end project coordination and holistic stakeholder management for B2B on-the-road payment solutions. Several years of product management, sales, and stakeholder coordination experience required. Parent-child offices.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in product management, sales, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong understanding of product/sales logic, processes, and KPIs
- Fluent and confident communication in German and English
Tasks
- Coordinate overarching tolling projects end-to-end
- Manage related tolling tasks
- Manage stakeholders holistically
- Handle Sales Unit inquiries on tolling products
- Handle Sales Unit inquiries on tolling services
- Handle Sales Unit inquiries on functional initiatives
- Serve as central contact for other relevant stakeholders
- Structure and drive departmental alignment processes
- Facilitate alignment on offer strategies
- Facilitate alignment on roadmaps
- Facilitate alignment on pricing
- Facilitate alignment on campaigns
- Prioritize sales requests
- Coordinate sales requests with functional teams
- Translate complex technical and business topics for stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong stakeholder network
- Focus network efforts on Sales Units
- Actively manage stakeholders
- Identify stakeholder needs
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Address conflicts in a solution-oriented manner
- Continuously develop and improve product processes
- Continuously develop and improve sales processes
- Optimize information flows
- Optimize feedback loops
- Optimize go-to-market approaches
- Identify synergies across stakeholders and units
- Derive concrete actions from identified synergies
