Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • •Proven experience driving projects in P2P process excellence or similar performance improvement environment
  • •SAP experience in managing Procure to Pay process transformation projects
  • •Experience with SAP ERP transformations
  • •Results-oriented, analytical, and organizational skills
  • •Strong change management perspective
  • •Fluency in English and German

Bachelor's degree

  • •Drive harmonization and standardization of processes
  • •Contribute to the Procure to Pay process
  • •Moderate between ZEISS functions and process experts
  • •Steer external consulting support within your workstream
  • •Share best practices with fellow workstream teams
  • •Align workstream progress with the Senior Manager
  • •Ensure planning, implementation, and improvement measures
