Manager Branding, Marketing and Communications(m/w/x)
Developing regional marketing and communications plans for automotive seating systems. Experience executing cross-border communications required. Flexible hours, mobile work, part-time option.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
- 2-5 years of leading projects and/or direct reports
- Experience executing communications across multiple countries or regions
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or B2B industries
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling skills; knowledge of AP / global journalism writing standards
- Fluency in English required, as well as local language (German, Mandarin pending location)
- Understanding of brand governance and communication frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with digital publishing, analytics tools, and comms platforms
- Meet minimum qualifications
Tasks
- Translate global marketing, branding, and communications strategy into regional plans
- Develop regional internal and external communication plans aligned with global messaging
- Build and manage regional story and editorial calendars
- Produce content for digital, social, and internal channels
- Identify region-specific storytelling opportunities
- Act as regional brand steward by approving materials for compliance
- Train local stakeholders on brand and messaging
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Create communication materials to inform and engage employees
- Translate business strategy into compelling assets
- Support town halls and internal events
- Draft and refine leadership messaging and presentations
- Support visibility and alignment across teams
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Engineering, Legal, and regional partners
- Support external communications including media relations and announcements
- Track and report regional communication KPIs
- Provide insights and optimize communication performance
- Lead, coach, and develop specialists
- Assign work and manage priorities
- Oversee vendors and agencies
- Ensure cost-effective execution within budget
