- Develop and implement information protection concepts
- Develop and implement permission management concepts
- Monitor system changes
- Track Microsoft updates
- Assess impact of Microsoft updates
- Derive recommendations for platform integrity
- Advise internal customers on governance topics
- Advise internal customers on compliance topics
- Make complex topics easy to understand
- Manage external service providers
- Contribute to cross-functional projects
- Implement backlog items within M365 product team
