Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with SAP MDG, MDM, and Data Governance
- Proven experience with SAP MDG, Data Governance, and related data services
- Prior experience in highly regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical industry)
- Experience contributing to international SAP transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and take ownership
- Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
Tasks
- Design, deliver, and maintain SAP MDG solutions
- Enforce data governance
- Enhance master data quality
- Ensure compliant, harmonized data across systems
- Coordinate design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions
- Manage Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data
- Gather and assess business requirements
- Define governance processes, data models, and workflows
- Write SOPs and manage change
- Develop MDG frameworks
- Model data, design UI, and configure BRF+ rules
- Implement validations, derivations, and replication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work with business analysts, data stewards, and developers
- Drive data quality initiatives
- Lead data migration efforts
- Implement ongoing governance practices
- Support MDG integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Engage in special data governance initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Support audits and new domain rollouts
- Provide continuous improvement for the MDG environment
- Automate processes within the MDG environment
