Description

In this role, you will lead the Cyber Security Consulting Team, focusing on project management while also participating in customer projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coaching team members, recruiting talent, and ensuring quality in proposals and documentation.

Requirements

• •Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or comparable fields
• •Extensive knowledge and experience in areas of responsibility
• •Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• •Strong understanding of corporate security
• •In-depth knowledge in cyber security and project management
• •Business fluent in German and English
• •Experience in managing project managers and working in international teams
• •Ability to combine team leadership and project work
• •Structured and well-organized working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• •Excellent communication skills and high conflict resolution capability
• •Willingness to travel occasionally

Tasks

• •Conduct development discussions and set objectives
• •Plan personnel resources and manage disciplinary tasks
• •Coach and develop the Cyber Security Consulting Team
• •Recruit new talents and develop individual career paths
• •Manage skills development and promote continuous learning
• •Report directly to the Head of the Cybersecurity Delivery Center
• •Participate in cyber security customer projects as project manager or customer service manager
• •Assume functional and project-related tasks within projects
• •Prepare documentation and present work results
• •Support pre-sales, sales, and marketing activities
• •Contribute to proposal preparation and quality assurance
