- •University degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent qualification
- •Sound professional working experience in security engineering roles
- •Strong understanding of security principles related to open-source software
- •Strong knowledge of technologies, protocols, systems, and cybersecurity tools
- •Familiarity with cyber security standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, SOC2
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex security issues
- •Team player with great communication skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in German is a plus

- •Design, implement, and maintain security controls
- •Plan and manage cybersecurity tools like XDR and SIEM
- •Collaborate with security architects and the SOC
- •Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans

- •Support incident detection and response activities
- •Investigate security event data and alerts
- •Conduct forensic analysis and implement remediation actions
- •Integrate security requirements into technology solutions
- •Develop and maintain system documentation and guidelines
- •Stay updated on security trends and best practices
