Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, growth, or CRM
- •Experience with CRM and lifecycle tools (e.g. Customer.io)
- •Strong ownership and bias toward action
- •Strong writing skills for product-led emails and educational content
- •Data-informed mindset with experience running and analyzing experiments
- •Exceptionally driven to drive impact and challenge the status quo
- •Extreme ownership and getting things done
- •Passion for the role
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Manage customer communication platforms for onboarding and activation
- •Update lifecycle flows with product changes and new features
- •Maintain CRM structure, segmentation, triggers, and hygiene
- •Test messaging, timing, segmentation, and triggers in lifecycle journeys
- •Measure and report on performance metrics like activation and retention
- •Establish a testing and learning cadence for lifecycle experiments
- •Maintain Learn Hub structure and prioritize content updates
- •Align Learn Hub content with product changes and user needs
- •Integrate Learn Hub content into lifecycle and onboarding flows
- •Plan and execute lifecycle support for product launches
- •Drive feature discovery and adoption through email and education
- •Collaborate with Engineering to define events and tracking
- •Translate user insights and product updates into clear messaging
- •Optimize activation, feature adoption, retention, and upgrades
