  • •Create and standardize employment documents, including severance agreements
  • •Develop and maintain contract templates and clause libraries
  • •Support employment-related processes such as terminations and investigations
  • •Act as the first point of contact for routine employment law questions
  • •Collaborate with People Ops and Compliance to ensure compliant documentation
  • •Work with senior employment counsel on complex legal matters
  • •Contribute to the efficient use of digital HR and contract management systems
