  • •Volljurist/in (two State Exams) or equivalent
  • •3+ years’ post-qualification experience from a leading law firm or in-house legal team
  • •Experience in technology, digital, or fast-scaling businesses
  • •Deep knowledge of German Contract Law
  • •Solid grounding in Employment Law
  • •Experience handling commercial claims and disputes
  • •Business-fluent in German and English
  • •Commercially sharp mindset
  • •Pragmatic and collaborative mindset
  • •Ability to balance legal rigour with business agility
  • •Enjoyment of translating complexity into clarity

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
