Requirements
- •Degree in German civil law
- •Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience at a law firm or as an in-house lawyer
- •Good knowledge of German contract law and experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
- •Experience operating in an international environment
- •Understanding of industry standards (such as FIDIC/VOB/VOL) is a plus
- •Strong analytical, counseling and communication skills, and sound legal, ethical, and commercial judgment
- •Team-player, proactive, flexible and with a practical mindset
- •Excellent written and spoken German and English
