Requirements

• •Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training
• •Several years of experience in relevant function
• •Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices
• •Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage
• •Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams
• •Determination, structured way of working, and willingness to take responsibility
• •Experience in project management
• •Curiosity, open-mindedness, ability to learn, and enthusiasm
• •Very good knowledge of English language; additional language is a benefit

Tasks

• •Develop training programs for specific divisions
• •Drive digital learning strategy and transformation
• •Manage projects and stakeholders for learning initiatives
• •Create and maintain learning materials and products
• •Assist country and regional managers with training program implementation
