Requirements

  • •Degree in agricultural sciences or equivalent agricultural training
  • •3+ years of professional experience in herd management, veterinary science, or managing large-scale farms
  • •Deep expertise in automated milking, feeding systems, animal health, and herd management software
  • •Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • •Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
  • •Willingness to travel internationally

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • •Provide high-level support on herd management topics
  • •Guide the use of GEA software solutions
  • •Deliver independent consulting on feeding strategies
  • •Consult on milking processes and performance optimization
  • •Lead complex herd management projects for large-scale farms
  • •Design advanced training programs for herd managers and dealers
  • •Act as a liaison between internal departments and global herd managers
  • •Handle complex service requests through ticketing systems
  • •Ensure high-quality resolution of service requests
  • •Contribute to development projects for herd management processes
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines
  • •Develop impactful presentations
