Requirements

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Senior leadership experience in partner sales, alliances, or indirect go-to-market models, preferably within SaaS, digital, or technology-driven environments
  • Accountability for commercial outcomes delivered through partners across multiple markets or regions
  • Experience leading complex organizations, multi-disciplinary teams, or strategic initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating in multi-country environments, navigating diversity
  • Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems across diverse markets
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales economics, partner incentive models, and joint value creation
  • Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and execution frameworks
  • Experience operating in competitive partner landscapes with overlapping channels
  • Exposure to transformation, integration, or growth phases requiring organizational and capability evolution

Tasks

  • Define and execute regional partner sales strategy
  • Drive revenue growth through indirect and alliance-led sales
  • Identify and onboard key strategic partners
  • Develop partners for solution expansion and market penetration
  • Establish mutual goals and value propositions with partners
  • Lead teams and cross-functional initiatives for partner sales
  • Define governance and accountability models for partners
  • Monitor metrics for partner success and impact
  • Monitor competitive activity and implement protective strategies
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales, Marketing, and other teams
  • Optimize organizational model and processes for growth
  • Influence senior leaders with insights and recommendations
  • Build and develop team capabilities and performance
