- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external partners
- •Fluency in English and ideally in German

Tasks
- •Provide expert advice on mechanical and thermal characterization methodologies
- •Train and co-supervise facility users
- •Contribute to data analysis and maintain a Research Data Management Plan
- •Develop hands-on methods for advanced materials characterization
- •Expand the methodological portfolio in line with research questions
- •Support correlative characterization efforts at the institute
- •Maintain day-to-day equipment operations in the facility
- •Engage in scientific exchange with internal and external partners
- •Publish and present research results at meetings
