- •Experience mentoring or coaching recruiters
Tasks

- •Conduct in-depth interviews to assess sales competencies
- •Advise hiring managers on market trends and compensation
- •Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely feedback
- •Improve recruitment processes and mentor team members
- •Build robust pipelines for future commercial hiring needs
