Requirements

  • •Previous Retail Supervisor or Senior Sales experience
  • •Good understanding of sales cycle in design or interiors market

Tasks

  • •Lead morning briefs to motivate the team and drive sales
  • •Handle daily cash up and store closure in the Manager's absence
  • •Demonstrate outstanding customer service and product knowledge
  • •Collaborate with management to drive sales and meet KPIs
  • •Report sales data accurately to relevant teams
  • •Ensure daily replenishment meets visual standards
  • •Delegate tasks for smooth daily store operations
  • •Prioritize customer satisfaction in all activities
  • •Assist with monthly stock counts alongside the team
