Requirements
- •Organization and self-sufficiency
- •2-3 years experience as a trade account manager or client management within design industry
- •Good understanding of Berlin’s design market
- •Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
- •Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM system
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Passion for people and maintaining relationships
- •Results orientation
- •Ability to travel

- •Provide expert guidance and elevated service for interior design projects
- •Conduct onboarding and discovery calls with new trade program users
- •Guide new users through their first purchase for a smooth experience
- •Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- •Manage the client experience from initial contact to order delivery and installation
- •Conduct meetings and presentations on new product lines and materials
- •Collaborate with design teams to solve complex design challenges
- •Immerse yourself in the Soho Home brand to enhance product and interior knowledge
