Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years experience within an interior design firm or furniture retail brand
  • •Interior Design degree level qualification - BA (Hons)
  • •Proficient user of Autocad, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • •Highly organized with a natural flair for design and creativity
  • •Passion for people and maintaining relationships
  • •Results oriented
  • •Knowledge of using a sales process and Salesforce beneficial but not essential

Tasks

  • •Build and maintain relationships with Soho Home clients
  • •Host consultations in-store and virtually to define design briefs
  • •Create tailored design presentations, including CAD plans and mood boards
  • •Provide guidance and elevated service for interior design projects
  • •Manage the client experience from initial contact to delivery
  • •Represent the Soho Home aesthetic and brand vision in installations
  • •Immerse in the Soho Home brand to enhance product and interior knowledge
  • •Support visual quality and standards in the store and studio
  • •Design and host interior design workshops and events
  • •Report weekly to the manager
