Requirements

  • •Winning design solutions blending IFG design language with client needs
  • •Strong design sense and technical understanding
  • •Ability to take design direction and develop design considering variables
  • •Prior experience on shopping mall projects in China
  • •Excellent communication and argumentation ability, both written and spoken
  • •Fluency in Mandarin and good English skills
  • •Experience speaking to clients is an advantage
  • •Exceptional 2D/3D drawing skills with experience using industry standard 3D software and rendering tools
  • •Accomplished software use of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • •Minimum 4-6 years professional experience in interior architecture context

Tasks

  • •Play a key role in large-scale commercial mall design projects in Shanghai
  • •Collaborate with your team leader to develop interior spaces for new and existing malls
  • •Coordinate site construction from design concept to execution on mall projects
  • •Create designs from initial concepts to practical, buildable solutions with a focus on construction and materials
