Requirements

  • 5-7+ years sales experience (closing) with new or expansion revenue focus
  • Proven experience in SaaS, particularly HR Tech or related fields
  • Strong ability to identify/self-source new/expansion opportunities with innovative strategies
  • Exceptional executive presence, polished presentation/communication skills (VP/C-suite engagement)
  • Experience building/navigating relationships in Enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and deal stage progression
  • Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making and influencing
  • Skill in assessing business opportunities and understanding buyer personas
  • Proven track record in closing business deals with customer needs understanding
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles
  • Fluency in German

Tasks

  • Proactively identify potential customers
  • Engage customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
  • Create specific POVs for identified lighthouse accounts
  • Run tailored product demonstrations for People Leaders
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Guide prospects through the sales process
  • Develop and present compelling business cases
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline deal closure
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for data management
  • Proactively identify customer risks to drive retention
  • Implement tailored mitigation plans for customers
  • Create tailored Account Plans
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews
  • Uncover expansion opportunities using data-driven insights
  • Optimize customer engagement with the platform
  • Build a pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Convert opportunities into closed-won deals
  • Achieve expansion targets over a 6-month period
