- Ensure operational performance and budget monitoring
- Collaborate with Directors and VPs on technological vision
- Foster inclusive and high-performance culture
- Establish knowledge-sharing and innovation rituals
- Lead a team of 7-9 professionals
- Drive strategic direction and growth of Engineering teams

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
