- Manage department operational performance
- Plan and monitor resources and budget
- Ensure profitable and scalable engineering
- Collaborate with Directors and VPs on technological vision
- Support key accounts as a technical sparring partner
- Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture
- Establish modern department rituals
- Promote knowledge sharing and innovation

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
