Requirements

Tasks

Own and drive the Diode Advance Program
Scope, schedule, budget, manage risks, and deliverables
Lead next-generation development and exploratory R&D
Confirm manufacturability and optimize subsystem costs
Serve as primary technical interface with research partners
Oversee evolutionary and high-risk diode bar development
Coordinate manufacturability reviews with diode manufacturers
Manage design-review cycles for commercial scalability
Maintain confidentiality between competing manufacturers
Drive power-supply and cooling cost reductions
Collaborate with industrial partners for benchmarking
Redesign and prototype improved driver electronics
Scout and onboard additional industrial partners
Provide technical inputs to diode cost model
Translate cost targets into engineering requirements
Communicate program progress, risks, and decisions
Engage executive leadership and stakeholders
