- Completed degree or relevant vocational training (e.g., Business Administration, Communications)
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and employee communication
- Proven track record in proactive new customer acquisition, research, and persuasive presentation
- Analytical and creative thinking with solution/results focus
- Excellent time and task management
- Building and maintaining professional relationships
- Excellent German skills (C2)
- Fluent English communication
- Residence in Chemnitz, Leipzig, or Dresden region or willingness to relocate
Tasks
- Qualify and develop sophisticated Enterprise leads
- Recognize the full potential of leads
- Independently design outbound campaigns
- Manage outbound campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities in the DACH region
- Analyze business priorities of large organizations
- Serve as a trusted advisor
- Build a sustainable, high-quality sales pipeline
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives and Marketing
- Arrange highly qualified meetings with key stakeholders
- Continuously improve prospecting processes
- Provide well-founded feedback to Sales Management
